Thank you for shopping with Bob Haro Designs.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below, which outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through BobHaro.com


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most new, unused items.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
  • A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products (including commissioned artwork or signed art prints)
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-edition or made-to-order artwork
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bobharo.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Return shipping costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Partial refunds may be granted (where applicable):

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery (subject to approval)

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times vary.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@bobharo.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos and your order number to info@bobharo.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or need to be exchanged for a different size of the same product (subject to stock availability). To request an exchange, email info@bobharo.com.


7. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale or discounted items may be exchanged or refunded only if defective or damaged upon arrival. Otherwise, all sale items are final sale.


8. Shipping Returns

When returning products, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if a non-trackable method is used.


9. Artwork and Limited Editions

All artwork and limited-edition prints are inspected and packaged carefully.
Because these items are often produced in limited runs or signed by the artist, we can only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or defective.
